Evidence for Action (E4A) will be releasing an updated racial equity call for proposals (CFP) in January of 2025.
The primary purpose of the updates is to:
- Integrate aspects from the Indigenous-Led Solutions to Advance Health Equity and Wellbeing CFP;
- Incorporate learnings from the Ways of Knowing Symposia; and
- Highlight alignment with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s generational goals and priority systems.
E4A will retain the flexibility of the current CFP and the application process will remain the same. The program hopes to better serve a wide range of diverse applicants and enhance the real-world actions that can be taken to drive change as a result of the research funded through the program.
E4A will continue to accept letters of intent under the current CFP until November 1, 2024 at 3pm EDT. There will then be a brief pause on submissions until January 2025 while the updates to the CFP are rolled out.
More information regarding the updated call for proposals will be available soon. Sign up for the E4A newsletter to receive updates regarding E4A funding opportunities.
